Rent: Artists 25€ / d, gallerists and art-dealers 150€ / d,
Spectra members 20€ / d
Rent includes: The entire gallery or a part of it as agreed, lighting and
heating, , rails and wires for
hangning paintings, statue bases, coffee
set.
Rent does not include: Transportation of the works , hanging of the exhibition, service during
the opening, marketing of the exhibition, supervision, storage of the
works before or after the exhibition.
Display: It is not allowed to hammer nails into the wall, nor to
cause any damage to the facilities or movables. Number-tickets must be
fastened on works, not on walls. As the exhibition time expires,
the exhibition must be dismantled and the works transported away
immediately .
Insurance: The exhibitor is responsible for all damage to his works during the
exhibition, transportation of the works, hanging
and dismantling of the exhibition. If the works are to be insured, the
exhibitor must take care of it.
Provision: Art Society Spectra charges a 10% provision for the works sold during
the exhibition.
Payment: The rent, provisions and other payments are to be paid 14d / netto,
interest for delay is 20%.
